You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. Send it from the email address you used to buy, or include that address in your message.

What happens next

• We refund the full $59 through Creem, our payment processor, to the card or payment method you used.
• Your bank or card company may take several business days to show the refund.
• Your access to the paid content ends when the refund is processed.

After 7 days

After 7 days from purchase, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Your access always ends 12 months after purchase, and we never charge you again.
