Our questions are not real exam questions
We write our practice questions ourselves from public sources: California laws on leginfo.legislature.ca.gov and guides published by CSLB, EDD, IRS, DIR and Cal/OSHA. We never use questions that people remember from the real exam. CSLB does not publish the number of questions on the exam or the passing score, and we do not claim to know them.
Laws change
California laws usually change on January 1, and tax figures change every year. We check our sources and update the content, but some material may be out of date at any time. Each explanation links to its source so you can check it.
